Working Principle
The whole cnc shearing line adopts Siemens PLC centralized control system, supporting automatic continuous circulation without frequent manual intervention. The complete working process is simple and systematic:
Step 1 Uncoiling: The hydraulic decoiler steadily loads raw metal coils and feeds raw materials to the leveling unit to avoid material deviation and coil jamming.
Step 2 Leveling: Multi-row solid leveling rollers eliminate internal stress and surface radian of coiled materials, ensuring finished sheets maintain excellent flatness for subsequent welding and stamping processes.
Step 3 CNC Precision Positioning: Workers input target cutting length and quantity on the touch screen. The servo feeding system accurately controls feeding distance to realize fixed-length cutting.
Step 4 Hydraulic Shearing: The high-hardness integral shear blade finishes fast vertical shearing. The hydraulic buffer design effectively reduces burrs and sheet deformation during cutting.
Step 5 Automatic Stacking: Qualified flat sheets are automatically sorted and stacked by the stacking platform, easy for workers to transport and store.
