This automatic steel drum seam welder boasts ultra-wide processing adaptability to meet diversified barrel production demands from small to large specifications. The machine is applicable to 18L–250L steel drums, among which 200L and 208L industrial standard barrels are the most mainstream matching models. The available barrel diameter ranges from φ360mm to φ600mm, with φ560mm and φ571.5mm as the most common standard sizes in global packaging industry. The supported barrel height covers 300mm to 1100mm, and the conventional production height is set between 900mm and 1025mm to match mainstream logistics pallet loading standards. In terms of raw material adaptability, the equipment supports multiple metal plates: the welding thickness for carbon steel plates is 0.5mm–1.5mm, while galvanized steel and stainless steel plates can be processed within 0.3mm to 1.2mm, satisfying different anti-corrosion and strength requirements of finished steel drums.

To guarantee stable and consistent welding quality in continuous production, the machine adopts precise adjustable welding parameters. The welding overlap can be set from 2.0mm to 3.0mm, with the standard parameter configured as 2.5±0.5mm to ensure sufficient welding contact area and excellent sealing performance. The welding speed is freely adjustable from 5m/min to 16m/min, allowing operators to balance production efficiency and welding firmness according to plate material and thickness. Under standard configuration, the equipment can achieve an hourly output of 360 to 800 steel drums; the actual production capacity can be optimized by adjusting running speed, clamping pressure and welding current to adapt to different batch production plans.

Equipped with high-power stable welding system, the maximum welding power ranges from 100KVA to 500KVA, and the standard model adopts 260KVA medium-frequency power supply to guarantee stable current output during long-time non-stop operation. The welder uses three-phase 380V/50Hz power supply, supporting two mainstream power solutions: medium-frequency inverter and three-phase secondary rectifier, which effectively reduce energy consumption and welding heat deformation compared with traditional power frequency welding machines. In terms of auxiliary working systems, the required compressed air pressure is 0.6MPa to ensure stable clamping of barrel blanks and smooth operation of the welding roller mechanism. The circulating cooling water system is essential for heat dissipation of welding electrodes, requiring a minimum water flow of 20L per minute, working pressure above 0.4MPa and inlet cooling water temperature no higher than 20℃, which can effectively extend the service life of welding rollers and reduce electrode replacement frequency.

The overall dimension of this steel drum seam welding machine is 4000mm in length, 1600mm in width and 2800mm in height. The integrated rigid frame structure improves equipment stability during high-speed continuous welding, effectively suppressing vibration and ensuring uniform weld formation.
